Refund policy

Please choose your artwork carefully as returns will only be accepted within 14 days of reciept and are subject to a 20% restocking fee. 

Due to the nature of artwork being very fragile every return will be subject to a 20% restocking fee as it's likely your return will be unsellable upon receiving it back to our warehouse.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, in its original packaging with no signs of wear (i.e. finger or scuff marks on the print). You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Please note that commissions or customised goods are subject to different rules and therefore are not eligible for returns of any kind.

If your return is accepted, you will need to pay for return shipping to the provided address, you will also receive instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damaged Artwork
If you notice any serious damage to the outside of the package please do not sign for the delivery and contact us immediately. To avoid accidentally damaging your edition, for example if a work is unframed, leave all unpacking and handling of the artwork to a trusted professional framer or art handler. Contact me for local recommendations.

If you notice damage upon unpacking your edition from TheAmyCo, please contact me within 48 hours of receiving the artwork with digital images of the damage. If we find that the edition was damaged in transit we will endeavor to replace the edition. In the event that we are unable to replace the edition we will arrange a refund upon receiving the returned damaged artwork and corresponding Certificate of Authenticity (when applicable).


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
